  • Your property will be photographed and immediately placed on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) accessed daily by tens of thousands of professional realtors in South East Florida. The listing will feature 16 professional photographs and an in depth description of the property.
  • With your approval, a Sotheby's Sign will be placed on your property. If you own a waterfront home, a second sign will be placed on the waterfront side.
  • A beautifully designed brochurefeaturing your property will be created and distributed to all the major brokerages in the area and abroad (for qualifying properties).
  • Your property will be immediately placed on the International Sotheby's Realty Website featuring the listings of 520 offices in 38 countries, as well as, the local ONE Sotheby’s website for Dade and Broward counties.
  • A stand alone websitewill be created for your listing with your property address as the url address. This stand-alone site will contain additional photos, floor plans, description and anything else we feel will help sell your property. This website will be referenced on the MLS and other advertising.
  • Jorge Uribe and his assistants will hold brockers open housesduring the week to expose other Real Estate professionals to the property. An email blast will be sent to all the brokers in the area. With your permission, over the weekend, we will hold open houses for the general public.
  • Your property will benefit from well-positioned advertising in the Miami Herald.
