Jorge has been the top producer for ONE Sotheby's International Realty since 2005.
When not working, Jorge his wife Janette and their 3 children enjoy boating, skiing and traveling.
Jorge graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University. He later received a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on International Marketing from Thunderbird, the School of Global Management in Glendale, Arizona.
Jorge serves the Chairman of the SSJ Health Foundation, formerly Mercy Foundation. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for Friends of the Orphans, the fundraising arm for Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos. NPH is an organization which provides homes and education for orphaned children throughout Latin America, with a presence in 9 countries currently serving over 3600 children.
Jorge is a member of the Master Brokers Forum for his outstanding performance in the Real Estate markets of South Florida, and is a Millennium Contributor to the Epiphany School Endowment Fund, as well as Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart and Gulliver Academy.

Carolina joined the Jorge Uribe Group with a solid educational background and extensive hands-on experience in various international organizations that has enabled her to further develop her skills in marketing, public and media relations and customer service.
She is dedicated and self-motivated with focus on aligning work processes toward the achievement of client's goals while adapting to diverse cultures. She has considerable experience in dealing with various assignments on tight deadlines coupled with the capability to integrate innovative methodologies to meet the demand of the fast-paced real estate market.
The strength of her interpersonal skills lies in her ability to collaborate well with both local and international clientele.
Carolina was born in Barcelona, Spain and studied Marketing and Public Relations at the University of Barcelona. She moved to Miami in 2009 and received her Masters Degree in Global Communications at Florida International University in 2011. Utilizing her knowledge and focus, Carolina applied for a real estate license and achieved a comendable $7.6 million in sales during her first year in real estate.
Carolina's connection to Europe inspired her to become a member of Spain-US Chamber of Commerce in 2015. On her free time, she likes to remain active and partakes in outdoor activites, such as riding bike, paddle boarding and swimming with her husband.
